Purchased this 12' for a niece with a laptop after my success with the 25'. Use it to watch Hulu (and others) full TV shows from my laptop to my analog TV. After initial setup, fullscreened shows look fine. Some are a touch "soft" (although not enough to make it unwatchable), but closed captioning is clear and legible. Economical solution to high cable TV prices.
